Pitch deck

Nine 16:9 slides with keyboard navigation — problem, opportunity, product, model, moat, traction and the ask. The one artifact meant to be presented rather than read.

What it demonstrates

That the system survives being projected. Slide grounds are --color-surface-primary, the eyebrow rules and progress bar are the same --color-action the site uses, and nothing is scaled up to compensate for the screen.

Where it still diverges — and it is not what it looks like

The deck sets type in cqi, container-relative units, and that is correct for the medium: a slide has to read the same projected at 1920 as it does on a laptop, which a fixed rem ramp cannot do. So "it does not use --text-*" is not the defect.

The defect is that the container scale has no scale. The system declares nine type steps; this deck uses twenty-one distinct cqi sizes — 1.25, 1.3, 1.35, 1.4, 1.45, 1.5, 1.55, 1.6, 1.7… — separated by as little as 0.05, chosen per element. Radius is the same shape of problem: seven ad-hoc values against the system’s eight named steps. That is why it reads as adjacent to the system rather than of it, and the fix is a cqi ramp derived from the same ratios rather than a switch to tokens.
