The written half

The rules, in prose

Every other surface here shows you something. These four say why — and until now they were downloadable files rather than pages, which is a strange shape for the most carefully written material in the repository. They are rendered from exactly the files that ship: DESIGN.md, docs/README.md, docs/SKILL.md and docs/guide.md, unmoved and unedited.

Brand guide The whole system in a page — colour roles, type, the four messaging pillars. Start here if you have five minutes. docs/guide.md Design rules The canonical rules document. Product context, visual foundations, colour, typography, spacing and radius, components, motion, voice, the thirteen “Don’t” rules, known divergences, provenance. DESIGN.md Using the kit What the package contains, where every value came from, and the workflow for consuming it in another project. docs/README.md Skill definition The map rather than the rules: what is inside, when to reach for it, and the one thing it must not be used for. docs/SKILL.md

These pages are rendered from the shipped files, not from copies. DESIGN.md and docs/SKILL.md both carry frontmatter that belongs to something else — a token manifest and Claude Skill metadata, where user-invocable: true is what makes it a slash command. Neither block was touched to make these pages exist; the page title is synthesized at load time instead. So the file you read here and the file a consumer downloads are the same bytes, and there is no second copy to drift.
